Frank Brüdigam

Cooking already fascinated me, when I watched my grandmother cook as a little boy. Back then I knew: I want to be a cook! Said and done: after my apprenticeship in the Sierksdorfer Seehof, I travelled the seven seas during my time at the navy. Wherever we set anchor I let myself be inspired by the typical kitchen of the country, collected impressions and recipes. During my career I cooked for Lady Diana in the London Kensington Park Hotel, stood in front of the stove of a Chateau in the Medoc, was head of the kitchen at Rindchens Weinkontor, the Weite Welt, the Deichgraf and 14 years head chef of the Casino at Kampnagel, which has especially shaped me.

With the Brüdigams a life-long wish has come true for me. I can combine my professional and private passions and share these with my guests. I have found a home for my 4.000 cook books, my furniture and objects from all design periods, which I have collected during my trips also at antique and flea markets. Brüdigams, this is me in all my facets!
